Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team. This includes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support through effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. The Customer Service Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager.
